An agronomist by training, Maxime TOKLO chairs ZOLA & ASSOCIÉS's advisory board and oversees all of the firm's projects and programs. He worked at ANPME Bénin (the National Agency for SME Development) and as an expert on the PADAAM program, funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). This combined agronomic and operational expertise makes him the guarantor of both the firm's strategic direction and the consistent execution of its programs.
Aurore P-A. LAURENDEAU coordinates all of ZOLA & ASSOCIÉS's projects and programs in Côte d'Ivoire. She is the primary operational point of contact for our Ivorian partners — institutions, funders, and local governments — on execution follow-up and reporting.
Dr Kodjovi MINGNANNOU is responsible for environment and ESG across all of the firm's projects, and coordinates the ECOCASH City Bénin program.
A senior expert in environment and climate change, Dr Expédit AGO is responsible for agroecology, carbon, nature, and natural disaster prevention across AGRI-IA, ECOCASH City Bénin, and the firm's other programs. On ECOCASH specifically, he is also responsible for waste recovery (sales, valorization).
An international consultant and university lecturer, Sophia Huda specializes in waste management, the circular economy, and environmental policy — from plastics recovery to the transition toward zero waste, as well as environmental regulatory affairs and environmental justice (JEDI). She holds a Master's in Sustainability Management from Columbia University (New York) and an M.Sc. in Public Policy from the University of Louvain, and works with companies and international organizations across South Asia, the Middle East, and West Africa. Her expertise directly informs our thinking on ECOCASH City Bénin.
Project Coordinator and East Africa Representative for ZOLA & ASSOCIÉS, Damaris Mulewa Musyoka previously served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), with expertise in poverty reduction and food security. She brings the advisory board methodological rigor in project coordination and impact measurement.
