ZOLA & ASSOCIÉS was born from a conviction: West Africa already has, across its territories, the human and material resources needed for its transformation. What is often missing is not the will, but the structuring — reliable diagnostics, realistic financial structuring, and support that goes all the way through to execution.

This standard guides three programs we are actively driving today: IRE-E, our entrepreneurial maturity index now recognized by several institutions in Benin and Côte d'Ivoire; ECOCASH City Bénin, our smart waste management platform deployed in Bohicon with Celtiis; and AGRI-IA, our AI-supported agricultural entrepreneurship program, now being rolled out in Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, and Congo.

Maxime TOKLO chairs our advisory board and oversees all of our projects and programs, alongside a multidisciplinary advisory board and Aurore LAURENDEAU coordinating our work in Côte d'Ivoire. This governance lets us combine strategic vision with rigorous execution across both of our markets, in service of our institutional partners and funders.
